Looking Out (1982) signed original relief print by Greg Kempf. This black and white architectural window scene captures the quiet stillness of looking out from within. Classic Kempf: intricate linework, warm melancholy, and subtle texture.
Hand-signed and dated in pencil, bottom right. Titled Looking Out lower left. Print appears to be a linocut or woodcut on quality stock. Youll see beautiful natural variations in the ink and impression a sign of a hand-pulled print, not mass produced.
Unframed. Back of paper shows old tape marks from previous mounting (see photos). Front displays beautifully and cleanly. This piece is ready for a second life in a fresh frame.
A rare early print by Kempf hard to find, and even harder to let go.
