Townley for Berry Burk 1940's skirt suit

These fabulously fitted skirt suit is by Townley for Berry Burk, Richmond. It is from the 1040's. Navy blue. No fabric content but the fabric feels like a heavy cotton. It has a check design. The fitted jacket buttons with blue/grey marbled buttons. Front flap pockets. Back box pleat. Cuffed sleeves. Light shoulder pads. Seaming detail at the hips. Box pleat in back with vent. The skirt is un lined. No size tag. My mannequin is a 2 and it fit's nicely with a bit of room in the hips. The jacket measures 21 1/2" long. 15 1/4" across the top of the shoulders. 23" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 17 1/2" across under the arms, 13 1/4" at the waist, 17 1/2" at the hem. The skirt is 27" long. Laying flat it's 12 1/2" across at the waist, 17 1/2" at the hips. There are just a couple minor issues. There is some slight fading to the collar of the jacket where it folds at the back of the neck. The lining of the jacket has some slight discoloration under the arms. Hardly noticeabl
